I'm Back!!

Hi there! At this point, it has been 4 years since I've posted to my blog. Wow! I hope I can round up a new group of followers through my Etsy page...what has changed in 4 years: well, EVERYONE is painting or shall I say "up cycling" furniture! Yes, the market is flooded with shabby chic pieces, lovingly re-done with chalk paint.

My present passion is accessories. Bric-a-brac. Chatzkes. Junk. Clutter????? I have been selling these little treasures in my etsy shop, www.yourchicnest/etsy.com. So while I gather my thoughts for my updated blog, please visit my shop!

I'm not sure which way to take my blog: shopping-everyone loves a great find! Thrifting and estate sales-you find amazing home decor! Interior design and space planning-WELL, funny you should ask! This September 2016, I will return to college! Yes, I have a degree in Psychology. No, I'm not using it, as my bread and butter currently comes from the banking industry! Yes, I will obtain my second degree, in Interior Design! I'm so very excited-my son and I will both be college freshmen come fall!!!!!
